If the butane lighter cannot be refilled, excess air in the tank might be the cause. To resolve this, release the gas and align the air inlet. Quickly deflate 1-2 times and then refill. The lighter may become cold, so wait 3-5 minutes. Ensure any residual butane on the lighter evaporates before igniting.

It's important to note that our cigar lighters are shipped without any butane fuel, as per shipping regulations. Butane is not included because it is against the rules.
